This Privacy Policy explains how 广州素感贸易有限公司 (“SUOSENS”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit suosens.com, create an account, contact us, or use our online store. The Company is registered in Guangzhou, China, and our day-to-day operations are based in Shanghai, China. Our products are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and information needed to create and manage your account, including login credentials.
  • Order and delivery information: if you place an order, your name, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, the products ordered, order status, and customer-service correspondence. Because of the nature of our products, order history may reveal sensitive personal preferences. We handle it discreetly and limit access to people who need it for order handling.
  • Messages you send us: information submitted through a contact form or by email.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, approximate location inferred from IP address, pages requested, and security or server logs. Our store also uses cookies and similar local storage for account login, cart and checkout functions.

Please do not send us unnecessary sensitive information in contact messages or order notes.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts and shopping functions; process and support orders when ordering is available; respond to questions and privacy requests; maintain site security and prevent misuse; and meet applicable accounting, tax, and legal obligations. WordPress and WooCommerce may set essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember cart contents, and support checkout. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but account and cart functions may then stop working. The website currently loads Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google to retrieve font files. We use Amazon Web Services infrastructure to serve the website.

At the effective date above, we have not enabled Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or an email-marketing signup on the pages we checked. If we add analytics, advertising, or marketing tools, we will update this policy and provide any required choices before using them.

4. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers only where needed to operate the website or fulfil an order, such as hosting, technical support, and—once delivery is enabled—shipping providers. A delivery provider would receive the recipient and delivery details required to ship the package. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the website and its users.

No live online payment gateway is currently enabled on this website. Before we enable one, we will identify the provider and update this policy to explain what payment-related information it receives. We do not ask you to email us card details.

5. International processing

Our business operates from China, while parts of our website infrastructure may be located in the United States. Information submitted to this website may therefore be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in China and the United States. If we start shipping to your country, delivery information may also be provided to carriers in the countries involved in fulfilment.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution requirements. We do not currently apply one automatic deletion period to all account and order records. You may ask us to review or delete your information, subject to records we must retain. We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
